Glory Path provides professional computer systems design and related technical services including but not limited to computer integrated systems design, professional scientific and technical services, management consulting, specialized design services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, data analytics, and technical support. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services or servers. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services, systems, or networks.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Songyuan Rongji Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase of our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Songyuan Rongji Network Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Songyuan City, Jilin Province, China.
